"you are you are my daisy
youre my lullaby
come sun up my dogs will fade to
honeysuckle and clear moonshine
she was she was my black earth
and the fire in my spine
her magnetic waves gave birth
i was the one who loved you most
but you cant put your arms around a ghost

some sweet day you will be mine, youll be mine
some sweet day you will be mine, youll be mine

we can we can go home soon
oer the cold old sea
her lover is in the old moon
o to kiss her knobbly knees
know shes laughing underwater
her pains gone away
we drank whiskey like our fathers
born to return back to the clay
my love for you girl will never decay

some sweet day you will be mine, youll be mine
some sweet day you will be mine, youll be mine

where did you go, up to the sun?
where are you now, part of the sea in every drop
or did you simply stop?

some sweet day you will be mine, youll be mine
some sweet day you will be mine, youll be mine"

"We are thankful for his time with us and will hold him forever in our hearts. May his journey be peaceful, happy and free. Theres a heaven and theres a star for you." -Linkous' Family

I am not selling this or making any kind of profit off this video/song.
I don't own this video/song.
I am also not labeling this video as my own.
I only uploaded this video/song for the liking of the song for personal desire to share with everyone on the site. Fill free to copy this video or song and spread it around.

On a side note, due to the videos attention which I find awesome, ads have found their way to this video. If I can remove them I would, but since that's how youtube and other corporations make their money there's not much I can do. The reason why I mention this is because I loathe forced commercialism especially on videos you upload after they get "hits". Music or films loose their artistic merit when drenched in pointless irrelevant advertising (yeah I'm looking at you VEVO) and it doesn't matter if the user, musician, filmmaker, or blogger likes it or not the ads must be prevalent to desensitize the masses and subsidize the greedy. I digress, my whole spiel and point is -- Music shouldn't be about the money.
