Shock's Mugen # 35 Wait He's Back!?

OOOOOHHHH SHHHHIIIIT!!!! dat n*#@a made a new video after what 3 years on hiatus. Yep been awhile since I did one of these the rust is showin alright but I got it done. I did this mainly to celebrate getting a new legit gaming labtop and to test out mugen 1.1.
Also I recently fell in love with the streets of rage remake ost so expect alot more of it in the future.
