50ml 10% Salt Water (1¾ fl oz)
2 sheets of Toasted Nori Seaweed
Lightly-Salted Salmon Fillet
50g Short Rib Slices (1¾ oz)

Chirimenjako - Dried Baby Sardines
Toasted White Sesame Seeds
Umeboshi - Pickled Japanese Plum
Okaka - Dried Bonito Flakes
