Lisbon's City Hall knows that a rich and cultural city embraces street art as one of its components. Lisbon has one of the major street art collections in the world, alongside a rich and historical heritage. And because its citizens doesn't look at street art as art, several stunts were made to bring urban art closer to everyone, to inform everyone about the importance of graffitis in a modern society.
