This lovely song by Walter Jurmann and Bronislaw Kaper (lyrics by Gus Kahn) was cut from the Marx Bros comedy 'A Day at the Races' because Louis B Mayer thought he film too long, but fortunately, Allan Jones recorded the song for playback, to which he would have lip-synced, when the scene was shot. It isn't known if it was ever filmed and only a brief reprise (sung by Groucho Marx to Margaret Dumont in the racetrack finale of the film) survives in the final print. It's a gem!
