Learn how to feel good in five minutes with skin brushing! You'll at least know how to feel better quickly! Brush your skin every day if you can and you'll feel good! Brush your face with a complexion brush from Dr. Bernard Jensen and use a regular skin brush also from Dr. Jenson. Exfoliating the skin helps you to look younger too. Of course don't forget to go vegan or at least eat less meat and you'll stay younger too. Brush your head (head massage) with a wooden bristle brush. You'll feel so much better. -----------------------------
