Over the last three years, the great game in South and Central Asia has accelerated rapidly. Rajan Gupta, senior researcher at Los Alamos National Laboratory has been examining the role China and India are playing in the region, with a particular focus on regional energy issues. In particular, these two nations are making big investments in hydrocarbon infrastructure. Dr. Gupta will explore these investments and will examine the strategic implications for US planning at home and abroad.
