We have done stopovers in Seoul and Shanghai to show you cool spots to dine, relax and explore in style. This October, Life Inspired proudly presents Stopover: Penang, your quintessential guide to making the most of the Pearl of the Orient within a short visit.

Penang, located on the northwest coast of Peninsula Malaysia is blessed with balmy beaches and world class street cuisine. Hosted by Face of Li Malaysia, Timothy Sangawa, Stopover: Penang takes you inside luxurious accommodations and restaurants such as Macalister Mansion, Muntri Mews, 7 Terraces, YengKeng, Cheong FattTze, 23 LoveLane, China House, Coffee Ateliar, and Suffolk House.

Timothy gets up close with local designers: Christopher Ong, interior designer for 7 Terraces and Muntri Mews; Jing Ooi, the man behind Maison de Poupee and finally the background and a feature of the alluring jewellery designs of Venessa Diamonds.

Not leaving out some well-known corners of Penang, including a stop at the famous colourful wall murals painted by Louis Gan, walk along Jalan Penang where some of the most visited bars and clubs are located, and explore the Batu Feringghi Night Market.

If you are looking to have some pampering time in your next visit to Penang, watch as Timothy takes you to Danai Spa for a therapeutic spa treatment after a long day.

Catch all these and more only on Life Inspired!
