I've been busy lol... Everyone say thanks to jenny for filming this. I'm 175lbs here but its getting colder so going to pack on some weight now.

This video is an arm/ ab workout. Very easy to do. You can do them in any order! Just try to keep it 5 sets (first 2 sets will be lighter and progress to heavier sets) Sorry the music in the background is gawd awful but making the clips like this saves me alot of time compiling the video.

Couple tips:

* Rest time will be 30seconds to 1minute
* Pick weights you're comfortable with and push yourself from there
* Focus on a pump for the certain muscle you're working on and those parts will come out more defined.
* Try false grip for tricep exercises. You'll feel it working your triceps better.
* Remember not to do arms too much. You want to stay proportional with your body. Focus on the parts you're lacking first. Arms are pretty easy.
