Back in August of 2004 I wrote most of and directed a musical revue called What If - we simply wanted to do an old-fashioned musical revue with no real theme other than the running gag of the What Ifs themselves. I wrote all the parody lyrics, plus some new songs, and there were also contributions from Billy Barnes, Doug Bernstein and Denis Markell, and Rupert Holmes. The show features Alet Taylor, Susanne Blakeslee, Paul Haber, Ryan Raftery, and Tammy Minoff. Choreography was by Cheryl Baxter and Joseph R. McKee, costumes were by Amy Adams (yes, that Amy Adams), and our pianist/musical director was Jose Simbulan. Aside from the What Ifs, we also did other numbers - here's Susanne Blakeslee having her way with Billy Barnes' A Little Lift.
