We challenged our members to train ever morning at 06.30 mon- fri for 10 days. This is a mixed class with participants from our Kickboxing, Kali Sikaran, Taekwondo, Muay Thai, Boxing and Yoga groups. Men and women of all skill levels! The object is to commit and follow through!
