Recipe As Follows:
2 To 3 Quarts Of Homemade Chicken Soup or Stock
2 Cups Of Parmigiano Reggiano Cheese
2 Large Eggs
1 Tablespoon Of Flour
2 Tablespoons Of Plain Bread Crumbs
1/2 to 3/4 Teaspoon of Nutmeg


If You Can't Find The Passatelli Tool, You Can Easily Substitute A Large Potato Ricer To Form The Passatelli.
