Jollof rice is a popular dish all over West Africa.There are many variations of jollof rice. The most common basic ingredients are rice,tomateos and tomato paste,onion,pepper,crayfish,oil etc.
.Jollof rice is unlike the White rice in which the stew is served seperately with the rice, the jollof rice is a mixture of cocktail of stewed ingredients.

What you need:
* oil for frying
* one or two onions, finely chopped
* salt, (to taste)
* Flavoring add-ins (to taste)
- chile pepper,
-garlic
-curry powder
-tomato
