Hey Gang, I trust you all had a healthy weekend. I completed Week 1 of the C25k program. Starting Week 2 Monday. Still doing the liquid thing. It is tough! I crave the crisp crunch of a salad. I guess that is better than craving fast food or pizza. Here is a look at what i am using for liquids this week. Super, Super, Super close to my ultimate weight loss surgery goal weight of 145. I have a feeling that this is going to be MY week! Can. Not. Wait. I'll take all of the strength, encouragement and support you can share. I want to be THERE.
