Opening Up a Cherry Switch on a Plate-Mounted Keyboard

Here is a video to show that it is possible to open up a Cherry mechanical keyboard switch with a specially designed mounting plate. You can't do this with regular plate-mounted commercially available mechanical keyboards from WASD, Filco, Leopold, Rosewill, Ducky. This is only possible with the custom designed Phantom keyboard as seen on geekhack.org and deskthority.net
