This took a couple days to complete. The reasoning behind that is because this was my very first FULL color portrait.

Before I fill out more of this description, alot of people have accusing me of tracing my line work. THAT IS NOT TRUE!! You do see paper underneath the paper that i draw on, however, That paper is for BLOCKING OUT THE TEXTURE OF THE DESK. If i see the texture of the desk through the paper im using, sometimes it's harder to draw. So I put about 2 BLANK PIECES OF PAPER under neath so that i cant see the desk through the paper.
You can choose whether to believe that or not, but, it has no affect on it being true.

Anyway, enough of my ranting... *cough* *cough*

I always loved lord of the rings... kinda... Actually my Dad loved lord of the rings. He died in 2007, so I guess this is kind of to him in a way. I watch lord of the rings all the time now and I really like the storyline. Now that I think about it He did also like Zelda... so I guess i got some of his personality however i never really liked to hunt or rock hunt. I liked fishing with him though. Maby that's why I send alot of time at the fishing place on Legend of Zelda Ocarina of Time. I dont know.

Anyway about the Drawing itself... *cough* *cough*

Again this drawing took a couple days due to the fact that this is my first full color portrait. You long time subscribers might remember my FAILED attempts at drawing Frodo Baggins, you newer subscribers could see if the videos are still there but I highly doubt it. So at first im like, UGH what am I getting myself into with this one, becouse lord of the rings characters are unusually harder for me to draw correctly. But I think this turned out alright.
Tell me what you guys think in the comment section below.

The materials used to make this portrait was:
~Dixon Ticonderoga
~BiC Mechanical pencil (0.7)
~Q tips
~Derwent Studio color pencils
~kneaded eraser
~tissue

Hope that can give some use to you. and if you want tutorials i have about 4 on my channel, one on realistic EYES, Realistic hair BASIC, Realistic hair ADVANCED, and Anime Hair.
