Step One *Brackets are not allowed in descriptions so pretend they are there:

Open Engine_Settings & Edit

Setting name="Stereo Mode" Quality name="Off" precedence="4"/
/Setting

TO

Setting name="Stereo Mode"
Quality name="Rift" int="1" precedence="1"/
/Setting

Then Save

Run Your Oculus Rift in Extended Mode

In the Oculus Configuration Utility Pause the Oculus Service

Make The Oculus Rift Your Primary Display - Right Click Desktop, Screen Resolution, Select OR and Make Prime

Run the Game - I use a Shortcut on my Oculus Desktop

If the game runs on the wrong monitor, then go into Video Options, Make it Windowed Fullscreen

USE THE ARROW KEYS TO NAVIGATE MENUS - The mouse is offset!

Then use the shortcut WINDOWS KEY, SHIFT and LEFT ARROW to move the program to the Oculus

The Game seems to run with full positional tracking

Try to make sure you are forcing V-Sync off & running at 75hz refresh otherwise you may see some flicker and tearing.

ENJOY!

Also for a quicker load in time you can
move "Alien Isolation\DATA\UI\MOVIES\AMD_IDENT.USM; CA_IDENT.USM; FOX_IDENT.USM
to another directory and then you won't get the intro movies playing :-)
