This is a twenty minute yoga video to develop back body strength through the posterior chain - the glutes, hamstrings, back, and more. We'll begin with a centering to find calmness and stillness. From here we'll move into child's pose and from there move into sphinx pose, some push ups, and then move into a flow that includes downward facing dog, lunges, warrior three, and more. We'll explore utkatasana (chair pose) to fire up the legs, and squats. Then, we will do a bit of back body strengthening while on our stomachs. I hope you enjoy!
