What's up guys,

Today we have a HILARIOUS video where I walk you through every excuse I've ever heard for why people can't work out...and I show you why each one is BS!

I made this video because the #1 most important thing when you're working out is being able to workout CONSISTENTLY. Most people get hung up on their excuses for not working out, but hopefully this video will help you see why there's no good reason to skip workouts or to eat junk food.
