Fallout 4 Citadel Settlement on Spectacle Island (Includes Construction)

This is a massive self sufficient structure I built on "Spectacle Island" in Fallout 4. I'll be showing the construction process as well as a brief tour of this tower that I call the "Minutemen Citadel".
