"House Speaker John Boehner on Wednesday ruled out talks with the U.S. Senate on its comprehensive immigration bill, adding to doubts that immigration reform will pass this year.
The bill, cosponsored by Sen. Charles Schumer (D-N.Y.), would give 11 million immigrants in the U.S. illegally a path to citizenship. It passed the Senate on a bipartisan vote in June.
