T-TEL's Challenge Fund provides resources for Colleges of Education to develop their own initiatives to improve teacher education. Nusrat Jahan Ahmadiyya (NJA) College of Education received a Challenge Fund grant of GHc 60, 265 to promote inclusive education practices.

NJA College’s work on increasing the number of Visually Impaired student teachers and ensuring that the College provides a welcoming and inclusive environment is most impressive.

What is more, NJA have involved multiple stakeholders in promoting their focus on Visually Impaired learners and have worked with their tutors to ensure that they all have an understanding of how to adapt instruction methods to be as inclusive as possible
