BANANA DATE &
GREENS SMOOTHIE ❤


* I n g r e d i e n t s *
— 2 Thai Young Coconuts (Young Coconut Water + Young Coconut Meat)
— 2 Bananas, broken into chunks
— 2 cups Strawberries (you can leave the green stems on them if you want to!)
— ½ head Lettuce (e.g., Romaine or Green Leaf)
— 6 Medjool Dates



* P r e p *
— 1) First open the young coconuts to get the coconut water out—watch this vid if you need help: http://bit.ly/u9Q4j. Pour the coconut water into your Vita-mix blender, or whatever blender is the best blender for you! http://BLEND.life-regenerator.com

— 2) Using a melon baller or a spoon, scoop the young coconut meat out of the two coconuts and toss it into the Vitamix or blender as well, followed by the bananas, strawberries, lettuce & dates (with seeds removed!).

— 3) Blend at high speed until desired consistency is reached.

— 4) Pour into glasses, serve, and enjoy.. :D
