Rosemary Waithera is determined to stop using drugs. For the last fifteen years Rosemary Waithera has been hooked on heroin. But she's now determined to stop using drugs whose influence has taken her through some quite traumatic experiences. Rosemary is among addicts admitted at the Coast General Hospital under a rehabilitation programme. When she opted to seek help at the Coast General Hospital she says she didn't know what to expect but so far so good. However Rosemary's case is unique in the sense that she fears that once she leaves the hospital she will relapse and go back to prostitution in a bid to afford the drug which has cost her so much and which she is to date paying a steep price for after being infected with HIV. This is Rosemary Waithera's story and her's like the story of Monica Gakii which we ran last week is a cry for help.
