Johnny Campbell and The Detours reunited after more than 30 years, to perform "The Peter Gunn Theme" (featuring Jim Phillips on saxophone) at John's 50th Birthday Bash. This was held in the Civic Chambers, Manchester Street, Christchurch. Unfortunately the classic old building had to be demolished as a result of the 2010 earthquake.
