Jefferson Republic Responds to Bogus News Article

Jefferson Declaration Committee and Scott Valley POW have been confusing the People with tabloid reporting and government controlled style radio broadcasts claiming Anthony Intiso and the 140 year old Siskiyou Grange, that sponsors the Jefferson Action Committee, are trying to shoot their neighbors in the foot by "trying to establish a territory." This is simply FALSE. More-so, it appears to be yet another typical politically-corrupt style of tactic to confuse the voter, using a hand fed media platform as the junkyard dog... Difference Between the Two Jefferson Movements - The Jefferson Republic movement is a framework of government in which governing affairs are a Public matter, and decided upon by WE the PEOPLE! The Jefferson Republic movement is the the first practical step toward creating a new government. The Jefferson Republic is poised to act as a legitimate framework for a future government should a State of Jefferson (or by other name) secession happen. The Jefferson Republic measure will qualify for the Siskiyou County, CA  June 2014 ballot. Judging from the necessary number of signers for the petition, and still counting, enthusiasm for secession is still alive and rising!
