The USA was made bankrupt in 1933, folks. It has been a bankrupted corporation with its sovereignty, since the early 1930's. Since then governed by the British Crown and ruled by Admiralty Law of the high seas with judges as administrators of the Crowns bankers. Bankers control America. This is why bankers keep printing fiat, paper "money" unchecked by Congress who are also administrators. With this printed, paper they make money for themselves at the expense of American workers and labor. The banking system is a Ponzi scheme.
