Mastering guitar modes
1:00 - Major keys explained
1:15 - I, IV, V chord progression
1:45 - Example in the key of G
1:55 - The minor chords (ii, iii, vi)
2:45 - Diminished chords
3:00 - Taking the root of each of these chords
6:50 - The major key and the minor key
7:30 - The modes as degrees - the six essential chords
8:30 - Ionian (I)
8:45 - Aeolian (vi)
10:15 - Choose a different chord to emphasize initially
11:00 - You can substitute the vi for the I
12:30 - Dorian (ii)
13:00 - Phrygian (iii)
