20 years ago, Erika Samuels was in a car wreck and almost lost her life. At today’s ribbon cutting ceremony for the Center for Excellence in Healthcare Practice at University of Mobile, she was reunited with the nurse who literally picked the glass from her face and held her hand as she wondered whether she would live or die. It was a moment that changed the course of her life. Now she will graduate with a nursing degree from the same institution as that nurse – University of Mobile. Watch the emotional reunion.
