I offer my bearded dragons a bunch of things in their salad dishes. The get Kale, cilantro, parsley, celery leaves, celery, cabbage, carrots, apples, strawberries, and much more. They can eat: collard greens, dandelion greens, endive, bok choy, turnip greens, alfalfa sprouts, figs, blueberries, tomatoes... and so on. It's important to research the amounts you should feed your bearded dragon of each item to give them a balance =)
Gojira didn't seem interested in eating vegetables / fruits at first . So, one day I tied some kale to a string and dragged it around. She ended up chasing it and eating it. Ever since, I haven't had any trouble with her eating salads. In this video you can see them eating strawberries for the first time
