Rolls:
3 c flour
1/2 tsp salt
1/3 c dry milk (powder)
1 pkg dry active yeast (quick rise)
2 T oil
1 1/8 c warm water (110-115 degrees)
1 - 2 Tbsp sugar

Filling:
2 tbsp butter (softened)
1/2 c granulated sugar to sprinkle on flattened dough
Cinnamon powder to sprinkle over sugar & butter

Glaze Frosting:
1/8 c milk
1/2 tsp vanilla
powdered sugar (about 2 cups)
