Sometimes I get really sore when I hoop, especially in my low back and hips. This is a gentle restorative yoga practice that makes me feel better. It's also great for when I want more suppleness for my hooping. Most of it is for the hips, low back, and hamstrings but I included some things for the sides, shoulders and chest too. All the places I get sore.

This is not intended to be strenuous. It should be relaxing. Know that these poses can be held for much longer then I hold them here. Try to relax into them. Don't push yourself. You are not trying to find your edge or push yourself. You are trying to relax so your connective tissue can release.

I hope you enjoy it and that it helps you feel good. This is my first time trying to make a video like this so please bear with me. If you like it, let me know. I may do some more for specific things. Yoga really helps me and I love sharing it with people.
