'The 12 Calls At Christmas' is a satire of 'The 12 Days Of Christmas', re-written by myself (Bob Ryan) and dedicated to 'Red, from The Tube Bar', featuring classic gag names and lines from the original. I saw a singing Christmas tree at the Mall that had eyes and a mouth that were triggered by sound. Quickly I got this warped idea to have it sing (using my voice) like Red, from The Tube Bar. After a couple of weeks I had the whole song in my head. It took about an hour of work on the MIDI track, and an hour and a half of killing my vocal cords to complete the track. This was during the 1997 Christmas season, and on Jan. 5, 1998 another warped friend of mine (Steve Tancredi) helped me make the video (which is basically us laughing and screwing around in the background). I hope all of the friends of Red enjoy it!!
