For Anke, what makes Leonardo Hotels fascinating – and what she’s most proud of – is the high level of individuality the company affords each of its 2’500 employees. Despite the size of the organization, employees are encouraged to have their own space and develop their own ideas, like the Leonardo Academy student who created his own lemonade recipe, just for Leonardo Hotels, which the brand is now producing for sale.
As HR Director Europe, Anke’s scope of responsibility is broad, and it includes recruiting and hiring employees. What is she looking for? It’s simple – passion. Anke says that if a candidate can express a passion for what he or she does in life, there is likely a place for him or her at Leonardo.
She’s currently recruiting for positions all over Europe in over 30 destinations, from front office and revenue management to sales and e-commerce.
