Laina Raveendran Greene has witnessed a paradox - she has seen the oppression of poverty and cultural assumptions on women, yet at the same time, she maintains the optimism that women can be the ones to effect change and get themselves out of destitution.
Laina is the Co-founder at Angels of Impact, an impact network focused on women social entrepreneurs. With extensive experience in telecom and clean tech industries, Laina helps female social entrepreneurs to create sustainable businesses. Believing that women hold the key to the well-being of families and communities, Laina wants to empower as many as possible to be change agents, thereby creating a virtuous circle that will multiply through the generations.
