Periodic attacks of Vertigo
Dizziness or as some describe it as a feeling of imbalance or the room spinning.
Attacks of vertigo can also be accompanied by spells of hot and cold
Vertigo can even be triggered by sudden head movements
Feeling of pressure in the ears.
Remember there are varying degrees of these attacks some mild and then some more severe.

Most times after these episodes one is left totally fatigued and exhausted and your body simply cannot continue without many hours of rest afterwards.

Preceding an attack one normally experiences

Ear Pressure
A feeling of fullness in the ears
Aching in one or both ears
Hearing fluctuation and loud tinnitus noises may also precede an attack
