Although not Selected at Sundance 2011, The Wayshower screened During Sundance 2011 at the Filmmakers Lounge.. Zoe Golightly and Kelley Raleigh arrived early to help Danny Thompson and all the crew with the Filmmakers Lounge set up their incredible penthouse lounge suite that entertained filmmakers, producers, celebrities and film lovers at their unique space in the heart of Sundance on Main Street, directly above the ASCAP Music Cafe. Having filmed The Wayshower in Utah, we were grateful to be supported by so many friends that assisted us during filming in April and May of last year. It was so great to see so many of our Utah friends at Sundance, and to have them come to The Wayshower screening at the Filmmakers Lounge at the 2011 Sundance Film Festival.

A NY Times #1 best selling author with more than 55 books to his credit. The producer of his own national cable TV show, That Which Is, he has also appeared on television and radio programs including CNN's Larry King Live, the Roseanne Show, and Politically Incorrect.

John-Roger's first feature film Spiritual Warriors (2007) is being independently distributed on DVD by Gilgamesh Productions, and has become a 'cult classic' among spiritual communities around the world and continues to play in independent film screenings sponsored by these like-minded communities.
The Wayshower has just been completed and is doing the film festival circuit 2011.
His most recent book 'Living the Spiritual Principles of Health & Well-Being' was released in 2010, co-authored with Paul Kaye, and has received excellent press including interest from the NY Times.

Based upon the controversial 1957 novel by Ayn Rand, Atlas Shrugged follows the struggles of Dagny Taggart, a railroad heiress trying to maintain her integrity, and keep her family's railroad alive in the midst of a rapidly decaying world. She faces increasingly corrupt government agencies, the cowardly incompetence of her own brother, and the systematic loss of her best and most competent workers. As she works to overcome each obstacle, she begins to detect a pattern, and suspect a sinister force working against her. All across the country, there is a growing sense of helplessness, often summed up in a catch phrase that everyone seems to know, but no one knows the origin of - Who is John Galt?.

"Who is John Galt?" Ah, so that's what this book was about! Atlas Productions has released the trailer on YouTube (via SlashFilm) for Paul Johansson's adaptation of Atlas Shrugged, that epic Ayn Rand novel that everyone should be familiar with. The cast includes relative newcomer Taylor Schilling ("Mercy") as railroad exec Dagny Taggart, as well as Edi Gathegi, Matthew Marsden, Michael O'Keefe, Michael Lerner, Jon Polito, Graham Beckel and Patrick Fischler. To be honest, this looks a bit more like a TV movie and the acting looks kind of mediocre, but at least they're trying. You never know, it could be great. Watch below!
