China Goat Performance (Is it consider Animal Cruelty?)

Although I see a well trained animal doing some performance that welcome lots of applause from the crowds.

I was thinking how are the animals being treated behind the back doors. Does the trainers practice animal welfare during the process of training and how proper are they being kept and fed.
