This is a recording test of my latest DIY project, a dummy head for binaural recording using 2 modified panasonic WM61A omnidirectional electrec capsules. I built a power source with a 9volt battery so I dont have to use phantom.

Is not a 100% head, but 2 anatomic human ears built in ear canal (silicon), adapted in a chasis... as I dont want to be carrying with a head around :).

I also added a tripod mount screw on top, so I can adapt my camera and record video at the same time...

The first test is promising, the audio u hear is the procesed file after using a matching EQ software, to correct the effect o "tube"... cause the microphone inside the earcanal makes this unnatural effect... The same process is done by our brain that try to corrects it and make it flat... For the callibration I used white noise in my more or less propperly treated sound studio.
