Dec. 14 (Bloomberg) -- U.S. Trade Representative Ronald Kirk discusses the World Trade Organization's rejection of China's complaint against U.S. tariffs on Chinese tire imports. WTO judges yesterday upheld President Barack Obama's decision to impose three-year duties on $1.8 billion of tires from China, under a so-called safeguard provision designed to protect U.S. producers from an import surge. Kirk speaks with Mark Crumpton on Bloomberg Tlevision's "Bottom Line." (Source: Bloomberg)
