Dec. 14 (Bloomberg) -- U.S. Trade Representative Ronald Kirk discusses the World Trade Organization's rejection of China's complaint against U.S. tariffs on Chinese tire imports. Kirk speaks with Mark Crumpton on Bloomberg Tlevision's "Bottom Line." (Source: Bloomberg)
