Protein sources-Egg whites, Steaks, Chicken, Turkey and Shakes Carb sources-Any type of Potatoe, Rice, Oats, Pastas, Flax breads, Beans and Shakes Fiberous (Veggies)-Salads, Mixed Veggies, Brocolli Normandy mix, etc... Fats-Natural Low Sodium/Sugar Peanut Butter, Flax/Fish Oils, Yolks, and other prot. fat Seasonings-MUSTARD!!! Some Tabasco, Picante, Ketchup, Low cal Ranch.
Just keep an eye on the mirror brothers. If you are getting out of hand, back down a bit.
