Sauted green beans with garlic. The green beans need to be blanched, ie boil for 2-3 minutes, then soaked in ice cold water, to prevent overcooking. Blanching will make the greenbeans somewhat cooked but still crunchy.Sauteing enhances the greenbeans with garlic flavor.
