Eka Pada Sirsasana ( Leg behind the Head Pose) : Hip Opening

Eka pada sirsasana is a pose of intermediate series ( Nadi Shodhana) in Ashtanga Yoga. This is considered an advance pose which increase flexibility in the legs, spine and hips area. In this video Yoga guru Dheeraj Vashistha shows you how to safely enter in this advanced hip opening yoga posture. Before begin do some standing hips opening asana and then first try Eka Pada Sirasana in lie down position then after practice foot behind the Head pose in siting position.
