Swrve Launches Predictive Marketing Suite For Mobile Apps

One of the great aspects of the internet is its ability to provide two-way interactions with customers and the Physical Product System is a great example of that. In the past, a marketer was limited to a one-way dialogue with customers using traditional media outlets such as television, radio, and direct mail advertisements. In contrast, the internet allows you to modify how you attempt to get your message across to others based on a consumer's actions. The company Swrve is at the heart of this marketing revolution and has just launched a new service to expand a marketer's ability to get such feedback from mobile apps.

Swrve is arguably the leading mobile marketing automation company. It keeps tabs on over 500 million people on mobile devices and 75 billion mobile actions each month to help better understand consumer behavior. Their software allows marketers to generate customized campaigns for a wide variety of targeted consumers and if you read the Physical Product System review you will also find even more strategies. Swrve recently announced its latest product offering which provides valuable predictive marketing data for mobile marketers. It is known as the Swrve Predictive Marketing Suite.

This suite allows marketers to customize their communications with consumers based on actions that they are taking with their mobile devices. The idea is that certain consumers are more likely to take certain actions at certain points in time based on their current behavior. For example, if they are really busy working on a presentation on their device, they might not want to be distracted and miss out on the Physical Product System bonus package . On the other hand, if they are in browsing or shopping mode, they might be more open to an ad or message put in front of them that attempts to get them to purchase a product.

Swrve uses its vast array of consumer behavior data to find correlations that can lead to such profitable outcomes. Based on what they are doing in a given app, the suite calculates the probability of a user taking an action or not. Probabilities are calculated separately for each different app on the device. Marketers then can use this data to help time critical messages to the consumer. For example, the data can help them time when the optimal moment is to send out a push notification promoting a new product or service. This particular trigger called the Swrve Predictive Push is the first signal that is being made available to marketers through this suite.

Christopher S. Dean, the CEO of Swrve Marketing, recently highlighted that this was the very first time that anyone has been able to use predictive analytics to trigger timely communications based on the probability to take certain actions. Monetization of mobile applications and ads has traditionally been quite hard. Many vendors have noticed that ad impressions tend to generate less purchases than what one would experience on the desktop platform. Advancements such as Swrve's Predictive Modeling Suite should help to improve the ability of developers and marketers to earn a good return on investment for their mobile campaigns. If the technology does result in higher conversion rates, then Swrve can expect a rapid adoption of its new product offering the next several years.
