Dr. Volker Anding, Ambassador of the Federal Republic of Germany, (Ret.), studied law at the Universities of Marburg and Freiburg and graduated in 1969 and in 1971 he entered the Foreign Service.
From 1993 to 1996 he served as Ambassador to Panama.
2001 - 2004 Consul General in Miami, Florida.
2004 to 2007 he served as Ambassador to Uruguay.
In 1998 - 2001 he was Head of Section for Constitutional and Administrative Law, Ministry of Foreign Affairs, Bonn and Berlin/Germany and held many other important positions.

We recently had the honor of having Ambassador Anding join us on the air for broadcast on ABC TV-25 in Florida and nationwide on DirecTV, Comcast, Time Warner and other networks, reaching over 44 million homes. Highlighting the friendship and cooperation between Germany and Israel, Ambassador Anding is interviewed by Richard Peritz for Shalom Show #984
