Heat stabilization from Denator enables the study of proteins, peptides and PTM:s in a close to in vivo state by using heat to completely and permanently inactivate all enzymes e.g. kinases, phosphatases etc. It is a fast and additive free technology for preservation of tissue samples which ensures a stable sample that will not degrade or change from the moment of excision until the point of analysis. This is especially beneficial for molecules that are highly sensitive to changing conditions such as endogenous peptides and post-translational modifications, such as phosphorylations that typically degrade or change rapidly after excision.
