Firstly, thanks to www.HHO-research.com.au for the separator cell kit. Works wonderful! Also a great PWM (30amp) that is nice and cool. I'm having a great time with the hydrogen flame. Much, much safer than HHO gas by leaps and bounds.

(be warned HHO-research.com.au may not be taking international orders)HHO-research.com.au will laser cut the membranes and plates as well as press cuts the gaskets for your kit. With the kit shown in this video there are 2 active stainless (+), 1 active titanium (-),and 8 stainless neutrals. The end plates I had to drill press and tap for 2 inlet and 2 outlets as well as 10 bolt holes (toughest part).




Was running the cell at about 15 volts at the power supply @ 10amps in this video (150 watts) and this power input varies dependent upon the electrolyte mixture (KOH) potassium hydroxide that is in the mix. There is still more amperage available on my supply, but i prefer to keep it running at a moderate setting until i can expand my cell to a larger size as the cell can become hot.

Next video to include some tests with the hydrogen flame. In the future i'm planning on hooking up the cell to 6600watt electric generator with a GEET reaction chamber installed. Stay tuned for more up dates soon.
