Mitchell has a rare form of dwarfism called Schimke Immuno-osseous Dysplasia and is one 4 in the US and 45 world wide. He is the size of an infant, but is five years old. He takes Taekwondo, breaks boards, rides skate boards, a bike, and scooter and can count in three different languages. Dec 1 2009 was declared "Mitchell Cupps - Oklahoma's Little Giant Day" by Governor Brad Henry and "Mitchell Cupps - Tulsa's Little Giant Day" by Tulsa Mayor Kathy Taylor. It was also Mitchell Cupps day at Metro Christian where Mitchell goes to school.
