This multi-media health campaign was created to help Turberculosis Control in India in 2012. Instead of having superhero powers Bulgam Bhai (Mr Sputum) has a den with cough-detecting gadgets. Whenever somoen coughts he appears and asks if they have been coughing for longer than 2 weeks.
