His acquired his expertise working in the advertising industry, where he worked on some of the world's biggest brands [Cola-Cola, Microsoft, Penfolds, Streets, Toyota, Levis, Bacardi, etc.].
Richard then left the ad business to take his brand expertise "inside" = CEO, Executive Team, Corporate Affairs, HR, Learning & Development, Internal Communications.
